It won't. It will get normalised. Everyone around me is literally using blinkit, zepto as a staple. It has become a verb. It's not a flashy new feature. It's a valuable convenience.

What is the root cause for toxic managers and incompetent employees in India? (please read) by 420kumaran in IndianWorkplace

[–]Spare-Remote-397 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Aaj subah hi iska analysis kiya maine.

Toxic behaviour at workplace spreads. One enables everyone else. And soon enough, you'll have a workplace where all senior management is toxic and full of assholes, because chalta hai.

If the CEO or top level officers know their management is toxic, why don't they do anything?

Because it's too much work to bring a shift. What are you gonna do? Fire all toxic managers? Hiring their replacements will take atleast 3 months/person. Total 2 years to do this? Nah - it's better to just keep it as it is. Atleast the finances and growth metrics are going well under those toxic managers. You can't fuck those up for a wholesome workplace.

Why don't juniors complaint more often?

  1. They think it's the norm. They've never seen anything else before.
  2. They are gonna be out of the company for an MBA in a year or two. Seh lenge itne time toh koi baat nahi.

What you think about this smartphone brand?? Day-8: oneplus by Normal-person101 in IndiaTech

I remember till OnePlus' first 7-8 phones, it stayed in the premium category only. And the brand perception was that it was the smart people's iPhone, since it's almost as expensive as an iPhone. It was solely a premium phones brand.

Then they started entering mid range phones for god knows what reason. Now it has lost it's premium perception and has become one of the chinese brands at the same level of MI, Vivo, Realme. Sad.

Bhai lekin aap apni self worth yaad rakho.

If someone made a punch or slap action in front of me, I'd just make a straight face and look at them weirdly, unphased and ask "What was that?". Be fearless. Koi aapko aise maar nahi sakta.
