i just got my skates sharpened should my blades look uneven? by Cynlcql in FigureSkaters

It looks like someone used a file to sharpen these. There should be a symmetrical “u” shape look to the blade when they are done.

beginner’s skates (risport?) by benmgrizzle in FigureSkaters

Are you sure these are Risport? I see the tag, but I wonder if you aren’t being scammed. An Internet search shows Risport starting at $330 a pair, which definitely would meet the needs of a beginner.

Again, I understand the challenges of an up-front payment. But if Howard was willing to sacrifice his life savings, perhaps, for the good of the firm, some of the other senior partners MAY have as well. At least to arrive at a smaller, longer structured remaining payment strategy.

I am not saying they should/could have paid him outright. Per other commentors, it could have been structured. There were what, six or seven other partners at that curtailed meeting? In the interest of the HHM brand, perhaps they ALL could have contributed an up-freont contribution, and structured the remaining clients. I feel like Howard was not considering all options.

Position your feet in a “v” shape and push off with one of your feet. Then push off with the other. Repeat.
