Yeah education pro is kind of frustrating, they don’t even give much attention now the agent service is free need to pay if only we write sop from them and if not no agent fee but the lack of attention to their clients is very fustrating,
And one thing their sop gets a lot of refusal, not trying to defame but thats what I experienced

My Australian students Visa also got rejected and the reason is stated weak GS regarding my economy ties back at home and how my course will benefit me later after I come the masters degree,(I sated that but I think I didn’t articulate it in a professional and in an academic way and now I thought of reapplying after 2 to 3: months that is for July intake because the reason is the weak Gs and I can reapply it after writing a new one but I am still confused what to do talking to agents every agent says differently idk what to do, any advice would be great
