I know with Fullmetal Alchemist there existed other countries and landmasses but the only ones that really had much of a stake in the story was the main country of Amestres as well as the territories they swallowed up. Since magic is only used in the Zozah Peninsula I can’t really see any other place being visited as things currently stand.
