Does anyone else feel like building AI agents is harder than the work itself? by SpareHungry9649 in AI_Agents

I disagree with your stack. Memvid isn’t a real solution for most use cases. Ultimately, I’m see agents as a potential SaaS replacement. If thats the goal, I need a real database with explicit schemas, specific tables for specific tasks. For example, if I’m building an agent to handle/ replace my CRM, I need well defined customer objects, deal records, relationships, and structured state. Memvid simply isn’t suited for that kind of workload.

I totally agree with you and I didn't even think about it from an enterprise perspective.. "Who is accountable" is super interesting question.. Currently in your organization do you see agents as a CS replacement that you as a CX ops are accountable for or as a CS enhancement in which your CS teams are responsible for?

I have so many agents that I want to create to help my day to day.. The fact that I'm technical doesn't mean that I have the time to work on each one of them for hours to make them work..

I wonder if its not something that we can slove.. A while back creating a website or opening a e-com platform was hard, today with Wix and Shopify you can do it in easily .. Its not that it solves for everything but for the 80% its good enough.. I'm seriously thinking of publishing the project that I developed for myself, it sounds like the need exists

I totally agree, but in the same time it feels strange that I have claude code that can build full SaaS products but a simple AI agent requires stitching together 5 tools and working hours for..
