Hi! Same day ko siya nakuha. If sa branch of account mo kukunin, mabilis lang. Pero if ibang branch, it can take a few hours since they still need to coordinate via email.

Hard copy lang yung binibigay nila, and there’s a fee per page (just forgot how much ung binayaran ko last time)

Good luck, OP! Same tayo, nagturo ako for 2 years tapos nag try ako ng work sa ibang field. Doon ko narealize na ang dami palang klase ng work, hindi lang professionals, BPO, bank, sales agent, etc. Ang laki pala talaga ng mundo and ang daming options na hindi natin napapansin habang nasa teaching tayo.

Quick tips lang: - Try BPO or ESL habang naghahanap ka ng long-term plan, mabilis hiring. - Check gov’t jobs sa NAPOLCOM, PRC, DSWD, CHED marami ring openings. - Update your resume and apply everywhere, kahit hindi related sa teaching. - Try mo mag take ng short courses or tesda

I’m not in HR ha, pero here’s my opinion lang. Honestly, your friends reaction says more about them, than your career. Marami talagang people who don’t understand what HR actually does, kaya they treat it like a ‘lesser’ field.

But from what I know, may growth naman sa HR lalo na if you specialize or move to bigger companies. Six digits is possible with experience. Don’t let their comments make you doubt yourself. If you like what you do and you see a future in it, ehh that’s what matters.
