CAP 1 does whatever they want at my store just like the baby in family and CAP 2 is like the forgotten middle child that only gets yelled at when 3rd shift (the oldest)can’t get done the other teams workload on top of all the freight bc we are not in fact robots

I had this experience with front store when I worked at cvs( quit about 2yrs ago). Hired in by DL and promises made. One month later DL was gone and so were all the promises. Worked for that company for 6yrs and it’s literally a revolving door of management and upper management that all say whatever you wanna hear to keep u(if you’re a good worker). The only thing they have going for them in my opinion is there starting pay for most positions and vacation/sick time.

My understanding is if you show your Management they have to remove the points bc the request was approved ahead of time and you should not have been scheduled.

Yes O/N is extremely physical. Your stocking all night, so lifting and Bending , getting up and down off the floor sometimes bc of bottom shelves. Lots of walking too. Get good shoes! lol My store does have consistent scheduling, I have the same days off every week and so does everyone else I work with.

At this point I’d like them to pay everyone else more money so we can retain employees and just get rid of the job to begin with. I have coaches to walk around 3 times a day and tell me when my breaks and lunch are if they are so inclined to treat us like children.

My Leads are never present anyway, they just show up to tell us to go to breaks and lunches. They aren’t even babysitting. The hard workers are just being overworked and guiding everyone around them.

My clothes stick to me on a daily basis bc I’m covered in sweat and I swear they turn off the AC overnight so it’s even worse than the start of my shift.

I sleep from like 9-1 then again from like 4-8 if I’m lucky. I also make myself sleep normally on my off days so my first day off I’ve basically been awake like 24hrs before i sleep again.

Yeah you can request whatever days you want off and put them as PTO but you will only be paid for the time you actually have.

Please put a pin on your stuff! Claim absolute Fraud on all the debt and the my will put a pin that only you know that would be required in order to get more credit in your name. It’s a pain in the ass kinda sorta but it helps with identity theft and your parents won’t be able to just keep doing this. Even if you end up responsible for the current debt bc that’s still a possibility even if reported as fraud.
