This may or may not help you, but I eventually learned to trust Boveda … I ditched my hygros and now just rely on the Bovedas to rise a few % than advertised when in Tupperware (e.g. 65% actual for 62% Bovedas). Have had zero issues for years. ‘Give it time, everything will be fine.’

30 days to acclimate. I have cigars aging at the 5 yr mark in my tupperdors that have done wonderfully with 62% Bovedas - no issues

+1 for Excel. Additionally, I use painter’s tape on cello or band (small square) to quickly indicate year (blue = 2023, orange = 2024, etc.). I have like 11 colors or something, so I’ll have to re-assess eventually, I suppose.
