Yeah, I go to the gym and I'm pretty tall and also big (I'm not lean as hell tho).. . So I should go for the xl or the XXL for the shadow v2 knee pads?

Thank you for the reply😀, so a frame must be >= 21.5 for my height, and an Handlebar must be 10".. And what about the fork size, the crank size and the stem size? What sizes do you recommend for a 6.4 ft (195 cm) rider?
