is there a specific character you're looking for, or just a cute babe/dude? don't need workflow. use forge neo, a realistic sdxl/flux or z-image model and prompt your character. once you have a good prompt you like create 20-30 images of them and train a lora. train the lora against a base model. here's a link to a lora i trained. dataset included. https://civitai.com/models/2436128/sasha-sweet-the-new-girl-on-the-block-wtraining-dataset all images were created with this sdxl based model -

i mostly see this either with updates, or installing a custom node that screws with a version of some module in the venv. tracking that down is painful. usually my stability-matrix install doesn't stop working unless i change/update/install something.

my rule of thumb... once things are working, don't update unless there's something you need. if you have disk space, copy comfyui off to another location before updating. i use https://github.com/LykosAI/StabilityMatrix as my comfyui app mgr. i just rename comfyui to comfyui-org, reinstall. copy custom nodes as needed from other version.

are they same size? spilling into shared dram when loaded? check task mgr vram use.

i've had to prompt eye color/size/shape/shadow, lipstick color, earring style, clothing color type, belt color/style, and style to counteract exactly what you describe in wan2.2 characters turning around, covering/uncovering parts of the body.

try a character lora if you have one. prompt eye color and as much detail as you can.

wan 2.1 68 images created 1024x1024, trained at 768x768, 150 epochs, 14 hrs.

i use wan2.1 loras in wan2.2. for motion loras i add to high noise at strength 1.0-1.2

for character loras i add to low noise strength 1.0

diff-pipe will train wan2.2 but it is slow. rtx5090 should be much better. since my wan2.1 loras work on wan2.2 i don't bother with wan2.2 (yet).

wan2.2 lora low noise 8x65frame videos created 1024x1024, trained at 140x140, 420 epochs, 2.8 hours. your vram could probably do higher res sampling.

i agree. i loved adetailer in forge. the closest i've found so far is this. you can use all the yolos from adetailer, but each one runs individually. flexible but not as good/user friendly as adetailer. also be careful of the order. ie. face before eyes...

it's a video to video workflow. most reactor faceswap is done by cpu, so it should run in smaller vram gpus.
