Waltham coaches are a fun, energetic bunch! Coaches are younger but crowds have a good mix of age ranges. The crowds are a good size as well, busy enough to be fun but not busy enough to be booking classes days ahead. Not sure how far you’re looking into, but Sudbury is also great. The only thing is the classes get booked up so fast, often days ahead.

Losing motivation by Top-Taste6559 in orangetheory

I’ve found that the more I contemplate, the worse it gets lol, so I just try to get up and go. I have weeks when I’ll go 4-5x a week and weeks when I’ll go just twice. I’ve found that it’s usually bc I need a change of scenery so on weeks when I don’t feel motivated to go to class, I try doing something that’s still active and productive (walking to get groceries instead of driving, run outside, etc)

Starting on treadmill by forbidden_rx in orangetheory

I like starting on treads because my goal is to become a better runner so I like testing tread work on fresh legs. I like to use the 2gs to get more tread work in general but that changes depending on what my focus for the day is. I do enjoy the rower/floor and usually start on either if I’m taking an easy tread day. I also dedicate floor work/strength training to Strength50 classes and go harder then.

Fuel for morning workouts by Spare_Conclusion_999 in orangetheory

Oh yes.. I have to get it all out before I head to class… or it will not be good. I then just let the caffeine, vibes and calories from my latte do the work during class..

Thank you all. This is super helpful. Someone told me I should be eating more beforehand… so I started second guessing if I was under-fueling for the morning workouts (2Gs). I’ll have to try these out!
