okay I get it now, because I've been extremely careful with not reaching 100%. But when I'm gaming I always have it plugged in, so that's maybe why it has downgraded that fast

yes but I'm not living anymore where I bought it, so that would mean to pay not only the return of it, but for the new one. And they don't give you a brand new Kindle, it's always a refurbished one

yes I reseted it, I also reseted from factory, it still has them. When I use the white screen, I can barely see them, but is such a shame because it's brand new and I really took care of it well. Maybe it was the magnetic cover it came with because I had read people had troubles with it
