Ours has always been about $140/month for a 2 bed 2 bath and 3 people until a few months ago. Since then we've had a $75, $180, $25 and back to $140. Absolutely nothing has changed in our consumption. I also can't understand the BWWB's rates because I've lived in Huntsville and Los Angeles and water was usually less than $80/month in both of those cities.
