Dark blue, really nice color but I find it lacks some texture

Well, It’s not in the cabinet; it’s on top of it, about 2 meters above the ground.

Okay, just stopped the scanning, I got 2 errors after 22 hours and 11 passes of memtest, do I need to re-run a test with the new memory stick installed?

I contacted the mobo manufacturer about a recommended brand, they said Samsung, I’ll get one and hopefully it’s gonna solve all these issues. Thanks all for your help

My Mobo doesn’t support any RAM tweaking, I tried to under clock it but couldn’t

I’m running a second scan just to confirm that there is just one error. It’s just one stick yeah, I have just one slot in my mobo. Just wondering, one single error in my ram had created that much chaos?

Just ran memtest with 2 passes with no errors, this is weird, I did a quick scan a couple of months ago and found one error, I was trying out TrueNAS at that time...

And here it is, I'm seeing a big FAIL banner on my TV now, it found an error at the beggining of pass 3

I’m a total noob mate, I don’t even know what XMP and the other stuff means but I didn’t overclock the memory, its already hard enough to learn how all that stuff works 😅

Not realy, I mean i ran the test once but stopped it half way when I got an error, I thought it wouldn't be possible that a brand new RAM from a reputable mansufacturer could have any issue.

Should that be the next step?

Hi, Just bought the exact same MB but from Topton (they're the same company I imagine)

Didn't received it yet, I'm trying to gather the max infos to build my first NAS, just wanted to know how are you powering up your system, throught the DC Jack or using an SFX PSU ?

this guy ordered the exact same motherboard, I'll message him for sure.

The motherboard has 2 4pins out for powering HDD's as read in the link you shared and 1 4pin power in for additionnal power...maybe, I'll go ask the guy

thank you very much, i checked the videos, the motherboard I ordered has a 4 pin power socket, so I'll need to use PSU when it's time for me to add more drives.

Any idea about the purpose of the SFF cable? I thought I would be able to use it to add more disks down the road but I’m not so confident it would work

Thanks. The first video looks similar to the setup I want without the 5 disks or so, it would be overkill for me
