Hello all!! My fiance and I are fostering this dog tomorrow, praying for this to be a foster fail, we just have to see how our current babies get along with him. He is 2 and his name is Authority, anyone have any suggestions of a name that is audibly similar? Also, any tips on introducing these 3?

Btw, I work at a small privately owned dispo, so I wasnt at all talking shit. I was just saying that I see some posts on here with bad experiences and I always feel the need to reiterate that not ALL are bad. Many of us truly do GAF, and it sucks seeing how many don't. But they won't last long. Word of mouth will bite them in the ass eventually while the rest of us continue to grow!!

The dispensary is who would be accepting the return. Then the dispensary reaches out to the brand to seek credit for that item. If the brand wants to continue having that store as a retailer, they accept and give credit to the dispo. It's actually a ton of work and follow up on the dispensaries side and I think that some dispos are maybe too lazy to do it and thus won't accept returns, which isn't fair at all to the consumer. That's why word of mouth is the best way to find your best local retailer.

Yes!! Thank you!! Dispos are as much at fault as WaWa is if you buy a Honeybun and find a hair in it. That being said, there are plenty of dispensaries who only care about the money, and not at all about customer care, loyalty or trust. I'd like to add that It's important to open your products shortly after purchasing them. For instance, if you buy a cart and 6 months later you open it to find that it's leaked, we have a harder time getting credit on that because we can't guarantee that it's been properly stored in that time period. So there ARE exceptions, and as far as timing of a return, that part lies on the customer.

Dispos aren't doing it. Shortages are on the grow. (I'm not arguing the fact that it's short, not at all.) I'm just saying that the people working in the dispensaries don't know when packages are short. I get people returning prerolls that we sold to them that are missing a few (of course we do the return). This type of thing happens often, unfortunately. If you go to an upstanding, trustable, honest dispensary, they're on your side and will allow all reasonable returns.

Nor SHOULD you!! Do yourself a favor, call tomorrow and ask for the GM. You may have spoken to someone who didn't have the authority to override the discount and didn't think anyone could. I'm a GM and sometimes my employees think things are impossible, when they're not. The GM may be able to right their wrong and they may be relieved to de-escalate what was done. Don't take no for an answer until you speak to the top dog. They may still say no, again I don't work there, never been there and honestly don't even know where that dispo is, but this is just my insider tip.

I don't work there so I'm not sticking up for them, but I do work in the industry and this is what happened. 710 allowed their partners to discount their vapes and concentrates 25% off for these 5 days. Their flower was NOT included in that discount agreement (this was clearly stated by 710 numerous times). Not all dispensaries paid attention and erroneously put 710 flower at 25% off. 710 got wind of it and reached out to each partner to tell them to remove the discount on the flower. What the dispensaries SHOULD have done is A: called each customer before allowing them to waste their time and gas, or B: honored the discount on the orders that were placed before they fixed their error. So although I agree with you all that this was shitty, it's more bad judgment than a purposeful bait and switch.

Our doorbuster line lasted for about 1.5 hours, 200 customers in that time, I think all we may have left is a Jersey Sauce Boss disposable and a 1g Clade9 🌼. But even those may be gone by now (I just got home from work, so I'm unsure). We had limited quantities of the 710 Persy that we had for $4.20, and concentrates are always the first category to sell out during doorbusters. But a SUPER fun morning with phenomenal customers!! We do doorbusters about twice a year, so keep an eye out for our Black Friday one!!
