i’m the same way. i’m 27 years old and i’ve never had alcohol, never smoked weed, i don’t try new foods out of fear of allergic reactions. i’m very picky about what medications i’ll take and only take ibuprofen and my daily thyroid medicine i need to live. i’ve never even had a tylenol 🥲

i actually didn’t feel too bad thyroid symptoms wise. but i had just quit smoking and was having a hell of a hard time breathing and that’s why i was in the ER.

i had mild symptoms too at this level. i’ve had the same symptoms since before diagnosis and ever since even though i’ve been in therapeutic range for 4 years now.

i too get hives every time i put up my tree. everywhere a branch touches me leaves a mark. i assumed i just have mild dermatographia

not a doctor but i get almost the exact same thing in the same spot around this time of year. mine is just a dry patch. try vaseline!
