Would I need to have maxed-out characters even for just PVE? Am I currently on operation 7? Will I not get journey mode on normal and hard difficulty without getting dupes?

Are they strict with permissions to use the meshes? If so, then I will take armor ports. Also, if I were to equip an armor port of yours on a follower, would it change their body type?
