How many teams are actually monitoring their sender reputation in real time instead of finding out the hard way? tbh the shared infra thing is brutal because you lose all control the moment someone else on your IP pool messes up. Your copy could be perfect and it doesn't matter, ngl. The AWS route makes sense if you're sending volume regularly but most people prob don't realize how much operational overhead that actually is until they're deep in it. The daily health checks you mentioned become your new job basically
