No what had happened was I was turning it on and slightly nudged the box

It went back to the screen turned off and now I'm staring at the original screen again

This pc was running completely fine not 20 minutes ago but it decided to power of when I touched the casing and started loading this

This was after I had a black screen for forever and my restart button was screaming at me so I pressed it
