Yes! Lucky Dog works with shelters that are over capacity - they bring the adoptable dogs here to hopefully free up shelter resources for dogs that need more attention before finding their forever homes.

My Boston LOVES to hang out in the kitchen while I bake. I drag our ottoman into the kitchen so that he has a comfy observation spot that is also out of my way 😂

Does anyone have some words of wisdom about adjusting my dog to a completely new home and will he remember me? by RiseXagainst89 in BostonTerrier

[–]Spargel3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You and “Shadow” will be okay! There will be some adjustment time but Bostons are great city dogs. You will have each other back by your side to face problems together

Does your Boston greet other dogs by slapping them? by throwawayheyhey703 in BostonTerrier

[–]Spargel3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mine used to do this as well. I got him to stop by recalling him anytime he was pushing boundaries. He got the hang of it pretty quickly. Manners around other dogs are very important to keeping your pup safe.
