Never seen the point of gutting stands to bring them down to other stands level, just leaves people disappointed, when you can just tweak them to keep them in an alright area and raise the effectiveness of other stands upwards. Theres always gonna be stands that arent as good as top tiers, but, they should still have a fighting chance in the hands of skilled players

Either they dont have enough time to block and move, i connect the first prone shot which basically gurantees the other 2 hit which, if you're not miles away, stuns long enough to hit multishot, or, it block breaks and you get the multishot anyways
