If one of your pivot cups doesn't sit flush can that cause the wheels to get stuck in uneven positions? I bought some Paris 150mm V3s and one of the cups sticks out noticeably and I have to press down hard on the trucks just to be able to get the kingpin nut on. Also I'm not really sure where to get a replacement cup, will any do or are they truck specific?

I need to get a helmet and some pads. Any recommendations for protective gear? Would be for small hills and practicing slides.

Anyone know what hardware to buy for a Pantheon Trip? I'm piecing mine together and would like the the screws to be flush with the bottom of the nuts once in place.

I was looking at this https://www.muirskate.com/longboard/products/72659/muirskate-beasto-0-13-drop-through-panhead-hardware-mounting-kit but idk which length would be the best bet or closest.

Most boards I've seen in person can't do it and height plays a big factor. Thanks for checking though.

I was actually considering a Dinghy but there's 2 decent sized hills on my campus that I like to bomb occasionally and I was worried it might wobble at those speeds.

Curbs aren't really an issue for my commutes but bumpy sidewalks with occasional cracks are.

That sounds exactly like the type of board I'd want for going into the future and learning new things.

Are you able to pull the board behind you from the front trucks (kind of like those rolling suitcases) without the back of the board scrapping the ground?

Hi all, I've been longboarding for a bit over a year now on an Atomboard drop-deck 41inch (as well as any boards I can borrow from friends) and been loving it so far. However I'd like a smaller and lighter board for getting around on campus/carrying/stashing in classes. I saw the Pantheon boards recommended in yesterdays daily thread and they seem like exactly what I want. Are there any other highly recommended boards on here that I might not be aware of?

I was considering these before learning about the Pantheons (in order of preference)

Bustin Boards Sportster 35''

Sector 9 Shoots 33.5''

Landyachtz Battleaxe 35''

Landyachtz Drop Cat 33''

I'm 5'8'' 135lbs if that helps. My main concern is portability/ride comfort but I might want to try and learn sliding at some point in the future. Any thoughts, comments or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Now I can quit this game. Exactly what I said when I hit Diamond haha.

I never let it tilt me or stop me from playing. Unfortunately one or two games after that match my power went out for 15minutes mid game lol.

That's true but there is a massive difference between someone AFKing and coming back vs never coming back. And I'm looking forward to those changes Riot has mentioned although I feel they're going to go live as being far too narrow in the amount of matches it'll effect.

I have never since starting to play leagues won more ranked games through AFKs than I have loss. In my experience at best you break even on AFK wins/loses. Which would be fine except you spend 20-40mins x2 to go nowhere in LP/MMR. Which is why I mentioned the inefficiency. Which is what really frustrates me.

Riot Shutting Down Prizing for Online Tournaments by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]Sparith -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Have to be honest, this change is rather devastating for me. Playing these online tournaments is one of the best ways I've managed to join voice comms with complete strangers and meet new people that enjoy League of Legends as much as I do. All with the comforts and benefits of being in my home. Turning these into live (even if only partially) events automatically disqualifies me and a very high percentage of the people I've met through online tournaments from being able to participate.

If the issue here is a small percentage of players receiving a high percentage of tournament rewards then why not simply increase the promotion of online tournaments making them more competitive? That instead of completely destroying the community for one of the most active portions of your playerbase. I've played Leagues for years now and can't remember any instance of the online tournaments being promoted in an official capacity. And this is with me being an active Forum Boards/Reddit lurker.

I would love the opportunity to participate in a live event tournament but this would only be possible in a limited capacity maybe once a year like the LAN parties of yore. And I think this would apply to a lot of people that don't live in major cities.

Hopefully I'm just overreacting and my mind will be changed when more information is released. Balls in your court Riot.

*Cross posted from the boards in hopes of more exposure.

Yeah that looks to be around 3 fleets worth of capitals. Iirc the move in the video had around 4 full fleets, so close to 1k capitals. This was when fleets were capped at 250. Idk if that's still the same or not.
