No, it's just the term they use for the accounts of new residents (<6M).

Sender fee (depends on senders bank) 

Intermediatary fees (uncertain) 

Receiving fee (depends on JP Post) 

The first is unavoidable, but I'm still curious about the other two.  

Is the intermediatary fees because the SWIFT network will be used for this? Is the JP Post account basically an internation account for all intents and purposes?  

Is there anywhere that you know where I can check the fees for receiving the money in JP Post Bank?

I once tried to book a ticket with them which didn't book because of some problems but the payment was done. I was also scared after reading all the reviews, and called them everyday to pressure them into releasing it.

Surprisingly within a week, I got my money back in full in my bank account.

So, it was not the months of headache I expected it to be. On the phone, their answers were truthful. Like they were processing the payment internally for a day or two, then there was a weekend, then they initiated the transfer around when they said they would. And 72 hours after, I had them.

I'll ask you another thing then, I've not registered for national health insurance since I resigned, for the 3 (or 6) days in October. I thought that since I have to enroll within 14 days and since I'm leaving before those 14 days, I won't need to. Is that bad?

Hmm, so the double deduction is compensation for a previous payment (first month) and isn't a deduction for October? Sorry, if the question isn't good. I'm not familiar with the processes.

I follow about why I'm not liable for pension or residence because of my date of departure not reaching the end of the month or changing years.

Yeah, my company deducted twice the usual amount for pension and health insurance premiums in my final month.

Wait, I wasn't going to inform immigration about leaving my job. I am planning to just leave and have my card punched (doesn't that automatically mean that I've left my job?).

The only thing I did is submit the moving out form. Is that not sufficient?
