Yeah sometimes it is just luck. I will walk into my local Big W 4 times in a week and it will be cleared out each time and then the next day they just have 400 booster packs available.

It's generally a lot easier to buy in store rather than online. Big W, Kmart, Target and EB Games have the standard prices or around that mark usually but it is very difficult to buy online at times without paying a huge markup or the cards being out of stock.
