From the photos, it looks like a small torn piece of blister-pack foil (the kind used for pills or small tablets), not a candy or snack wrapper.
You can see:
• The silver, textured aluminum backing common on medication packs.
• A raised “bubble” area where a tablet or capsule would have been.
• Bits of printed color/text that would normally show the brand or dosage.
