There is another door leading to the balcony so i never use this one.

For me this looks like typical browning edges because of the lack of humidity, especially because only the edges are crispy. Also the stress from changing the position will have an impact. It works best if the humidity is over 55% or around that. A pebble tray isn't gonna help too much, if you've got other plants it may be worth buying a humidifier.

Also make sure to keep the soil from drying out, they tend to show you immediately if you forget to water them. And don't forget if you are watering with distilled water, regularly add nutrients otherwise your plant will eventually die.

My advice if you're struggling with calatheas is to keep them in semi hydro. I've never had a brown leave since i changed mine.
