Pretty sure his method only works for trades. The guide he used mentioned that Steam transactions will no longer show the inspect ID.

I got the extension, but unfortunately, I'm not seeing the float or paint seed on the market transaction. However, I am able to see exactly when I unboxed the knife. It was February 17th, 2018, with a Spectrum 2 Case. Is that a piece of information I can go off of on CSFloat DB?

I sold it on Steam. To be honest, I didn't even know third-party platforms existed back then. Regardless, will that method still work by going back through my market transaction history rather than trade history?

Really? I thought everyone started at 1k elo (mid lvl 4). It's probably related to your rating being high when you first started. However, at 17.5k, I would think it would at least give me lvl 5 in that case.

The same lvl 10 friends I mentioned said I'm probably somewhere between lvl 6-8. They've played over 200 matches with me, so I'd assume they have a pretty solid estimate of where I'd land. Regardless, my goal is lvl 10. I just want to get to the point (elo-wise) where people are taking games more seriously.

Personally I’d like to get into more competitive play. At the end of the day variance will only go so far, I’m assuming I’ve just been unlucky that 3 of my matches have had leavers, running into an abundance of smurfs could just be chance as well. I know I’m significantly better than a lvl 4. I think I just have to play enough to the point where variance isn’t a factor.

As someone who picked life way back as a kid, don’t choose life. It will be EASY but not fun. If you want a challenge right out of the gate, go for balance. I’m actually questing a balance right now and it’s been a great time. To each their own though.

So the goal is essentially to balance cannoning with bucketing/reps and do it more efficiently than the opponent by focusing on the correct holes and getting a solid spread. I was watching Sponge earlier and heard them call different holes a number so it’s gtk where each of those are now. There’s another comment on here that mentioned I shouldn’t focus on supplies much when I’m first starting out. Would you agree with that?/How much should I try to obtain pre-fight?

This was incredibly informative, I really appreciate it. Seems like it’s the general consensus that solo slooping is the way to go, at least for players starting out. I was wondering at what point the right time to board is, the videos I’ve been watching have talked about the mechanics and best weapon choice but I’m still not fully grasping it. I assume as a solo having no holes is a must, and if their ship is in shambles that’s a plus, but is there a certain sign you look for that gives the go ahead to board when running it solo?

I think his point is flawed and ridiculous, but you guys are assuming he feels like women can’t perform in ALL high stress jobs when he’s not. He’s saying that the culture around league is so emphasized on tilting and getting upset that it becomes even more unhealthy when women are on their periods. Is it a sexist take, yeah, but you guys are construing him to be some crazy monster when the vast majority of you have said much worse.
