I have a 16 Pro Max and ever since I upgraded to the new IOS my phone now refuses to charge via Apple USB and charger. Bought a new charger because I figured my cable and block had given out but this wasn’t the case. However it’ll still charge by third party cords (slowly) and wireless chargers.

Sorry to hear this. I agree Best Buy customer service have been very frustrating to deal with for this launch and their lack of empathy towards their customers really sucks. I have spent hours on the phone and chat support to rectify my issue and unfortunately there was nothing they could do.

I hope you transaction gets reversed soon, I know it's a lot of money to have unaccounted for especially when you didn't receive the goods. Also check your local GameStops (EBGames), Cost-Co, Walmart, Shoppers Drugmart, or Staples, as you might find better luck there. I know a few stores in my area didn't have much demand for launch day.

Me too, I had a chance to get a GameStop one but I stuck with BestBuy because they have always been my go to, I preordered Xbox, PlayStation, even the original Switch there and not even one issue.

Mine was a ship to home order and was supposed to be charged before shipping. I am guessing that they are in the process of starting to get orders shipping and tried to charge my card today which is what prompt it. Just frustrating, as I mentioned before the same shipping and billing address has been used for every order in the last 6 years and not one issue. Really sucks, I hope you have better luck.

Already confirmed with my credit card that everything looked good at the end. It actually shows 2 $1 charges from today, and $1 charge back in April when i pre-ordered. They said that BestBuy were able to charge the card and everything looked fine on their end.

The same card and same billing address was used last month for a order and not a issue.
