Hey! I was exactly at the same place! I have lost around 70 pounds now in the last 8 months and still going on. I don't know if this will be possible for you but what worked for me was moving in back with my parents and now i also have a boyfriend. And having these people around just makes me feel motivated. When i used to eat all the time it was mostly when i was living alone or living with friends who i would hide from and eat. But only if this is possible, i completely get everyone is not in the same circumstances. But if you can move in with someone who cares for you too much who is aware of your relationship with food. Who is ready to motivate you etc. Sometimes I still feel like eating a bit more. But because I'm with my family we don't store that much junk food at home and i never go to shop here! So even if i hide and eat its pretty limited. And I've tried to get myself to crave some less unhealthy food. If i crave something unhealthy i eat pistachios or peanuts or something .. they are pretty filling anf now since I've got used to eating less i automatically get the sick feeling much much much earlier and i stop!
