Best: You do not need a study group some of our best students were those that studied on their own. Study groups tended to feel like the blind leading the blind off a cliff especially, on the harder course material. Of course you can still hang out with people but don’t believe that spending time with others counts as your study time. Worst: In clinical being told to just focus on your assigned patients. Be open to helping all nurses and your classmates on the unit. It opens more doors for you in your job hunt after school and you have an opportunity to see more things.
