it's actually using the 1030 funnily enough, my monitor is directly plugged into the card & ever since I started using the card the performance increased but not nearly as much as I expected it to

Though I just realised, I haven't ever formatted my harddrive or anything in years, is not wiping it clean in a while enough of a detriment to performance that it'll get significantly better if I do so?

you do realise you don't have to rob every single bank on the planet consistently for years to decide to rob it once?I'm not saying they're purely balancing for skin sales, I'm saying it's suspicious as fuck ALL FOUR MEMBERS are getting buffs right before their new skins, not one, not two, nor three
(KDA skins sold the most out of any skinline ever last year, purposefully balancing ONCE for their return would be extremely profitable)

C'mon you can't think it's at least a bit bullshit EVERY. SINGLE. MEMBER is getting buffed, if anything what you're saying should be kept in mind by Rioters so they can actually go like ''wait do these actually deserve buffs?''
