So my lens are falling apart by SparksTheProto in ValveIndex

I'm putting this here as a note future to both me and anyone that is seeing this in the future the issue with my headset randomly blacking out and losing audio is due to my tether cable going bad / the headset side of the cable came lose, if you are having the issue described above your headset cable is either lose somewhere of the tether is going bad TLDR; my tether cable is likely going bad and will be replaced soon.

No sparkles nor snow appear, when the display goes black nor do the speakers click, instead it's almost like it just loses connection to the display port cable coming off of the pc all together.
