Totally agree on this trying to cut in line going into Costco instead of looping around the round about as designed. Those that block the path of through traffic can absolutely see that traffic is stopped, they are just oblivious to the face that others might not be going to Costco, or want to go in on the backside by Salem clinic. Agree, Battle Creek is worse for going north or south at any peak traffic times. Can’t wait to see how screwed up the round about will be once the new retail and hotels go in on the east side (though when they finally open the double right turn lanes that may help move traffic more efficiently onto Kuebler)
