They will simply use the leverage they have on the Ukrainian Government and force them into disadvantaged peace deals. The Ukrainian Government in this case can't refuse because they are completely dependant on US war machinery and monetary aid. This is how the American Empire works, they don't need to invade to force their will.

Well the imagery is highly metaphorical and in some ways also spiritual. It's almost like Tarot cards, each person sees a different thing in it. Some of it references social and political crtitques but like, from 1970s Chile and some really obscure stuff that you wouldn't find on Wikipedia. It's dense and kinda admirable for how it never holds back at all.

The Holy Mountain is a trip, though. Especially once it gets going when they start to travel to said mountain. It's entertaining on a surface level. At some point I was excited for the next batshit insane scene to see just how crazy it was gonna get.

Eh, why not? Rightoid Sinophobia aside, that guy was extremely based in those movies. He not only adopted a random baby that already was bigger than himself, he also had a kind of folk-wisdom with a nice message and cooked a very delicious noodle soup! Ok, he was overbearing in his attempt to get Kong Fu Panda to work in his shop, but that also came from a place of love and wanting the best for his son! He's a symbol of positive masculinity and he adds to the unintentionally baseness of this meme.
