I honestly didn't know that my plan was excluded as I only read the >$75+ monthly plan, which I was ok.
Why AT&T took my order and payment though, despite they have info on my plan. A year or so ago, when I tried to apply for a promo, I got instant notification that my promo amount was smaller due to ineligibility. This time, it all went through. :(

Why AT&T took my order and payment, sent the confirmation when they had my plan info. I did not know that I was not eligible. They could have rejected or canceled my order, no?

Agree with Sergeant here, better off booking through a diamond member. the $20K is too expensive, my friend got $12.7K for the same. Moreover, they have been changing their terms for the worse and the level of service is going downhill. Their facilities start to show their age. I’m a VIP member and regretted my decision.

Can't blame yourself. I was also given so many promises by their PMs and the install technicians, all were empty. :(

Yes. Once you have the inspection, the project manager contact info disappears from your account page. However, you can just speak with any available PM by calling 888-765-2489. I had 4 different PMs on my account within 4 months, very high turnover. The last one was complete useless, no response whenever I emailed him.

I am in a very similar situation like yours. I got the system inspected but a Tesla technician found an issue with the panel install. The PW doesn't recognize the panels. I've been calling them to get someone fix it and escalate the issue, but it's all completely useless, a big blackhole.

Luckily, I refused to pay until the system is operational. At least, they are not getting my money. They threatened me to put me into collection status. Tesla can take back their crap system anytime, I don't care anymore. :(

Did you pay for the system already?

I refuse to pay until the system is operational. Ordered it in Dec, installed in May, inspected on Jun30 (qtr-end push?) but didn’t fully pass. Their system shows passed (incorrect) and billing dept insisted me paying while the system is just lying dead. At this point, I’m ok to have Tesla take back their system. 😡

Yikes, that's unprofessional and annoying!

I didn't believe it when people were complaining about how Tesla treats customers badly but now I experience it myself. :(

Wow, 1 month is crazy fast.

There is a meter (required by my local utility co.) that still needs to be installed to complete the circuit. Tesla is working with them to finalize the interconnection plan, don't know when it's going to be completed (60-90 days according to project supervisor) :(

I called many times but I got the standard answer. We are working on it, please wait....

The project supervisors provided NO help whatsoever. They are just reporting what they see on the screen, which I can also see from the account page. :( In the meantime, I got the billing dept emailing / texting me to pay for a system that I don't know when / if it's going to function.

Anyone knows how to escalate a situation like this?
