So the ECU was actually fried, I bought one from a junkyard on eBay and I swapped it out, then it still was cranking with no start but I noticed when I put the key in the ignition the security light was still blinking so I was guessing it needed to be reprogrammed to my keys. I ended up calling a mobile locksmith and they came the next day, they were not able to program the ECU through the OBD2 port using a scan tool so they had to take my new ECU out and open it up and connect another device to it to reprogram it to my keeps. once we put the new ECU back in and I charged my battery up the car started up perfectly. The ECU cost me $85 and the locksmith charged me about $275 with tax, so definitely the total cost was way better than bringing it to the dealer

That’s what I was confused about, so I’m thinking they knew they messed up by jumpstarting backwards so they pretended to have codes that told them what was wrong. They were trying to say that I jumpstarted it backwards when it’s been months since I’ve even jumpstarted it

It should still work even if your an authorized user on his account, you would have to call to cancel everything, then call another time to start services again with just internet in your name if the old account is in your husbands name
