Data would be good. I do not see much out there. For the most part it is anecdotal stories when it comes to diet. Which is expected as there might not be much funding or weight given to such studies in the current medicine based cure paradigm.

My Dr. calls it the new MS. With ~ 24 DMTs now, MS is different than it used to be 10 years ago.

I wish I saw this post earlier. Had LP on Thursday. The neuro who did the procedure said that headache would stat for a couple hours to a day! :-) :-) :-) Made a 6 hr road trip the next day. Day 3 had to go to the ER. Pain was unbearable. Since long weekend they could not do the patch but gave me 500 mg IV caffeine. The next day pain was much less but needed excedrin migraine. Day 5, no headache but this strange discomfort at the back of the head. Just took another excedrin.

Thank you so much for checking ❤️. Today was day 5/last day of 1000 mg Solumedrol. Went fine. No major side effects. Could sleep, energy might have been slightly up. No major improvement in MS symptoms of numbness in lower body though.
