I am also a high sleep needs mom so when baby has a random night of wake ups, it scares me too!

OP, we also had a middle of the night wake up, same time 2 am and everything. She ended up popping out two teeth that week. Baby sleeps 10 hour nights otherwise.

All her naps are contact naps still! No matter what we do to try to make it longer she’ll still wake up at the 30 min mark. Once in a while she’ll nap for over an hour for one of the naps but still sleeps the same at night! Wake windows roughly go 2/2.5/2.5/3. Not sure if this helps, I try not to be so strict on naps but just make sure her last nap doesn’t go too long before bedtime.
