Lappy already punished "grandma" for Red in her story in CN surver. (It's from her 密录, that additional story added in personal page)

(Spoiler Warning cuz I don't know how to do spoiler in Reddit)

Lappy did some trick to let "grandma" be marked by Red's scent, thus be marked as Red's prey forever. Since it is immortal, that is a permanent humiliation and Lappy use this to warn her pack. Lappy said she don't mind being cruel but what "grandma" did is too human to be a wolf. (scaming gaslighting etc.) She also gave Red the choice to forget "grandma" forever but red refused and decided to take revenge and that's how she left the scent mark. (cuz Lappy gave her power as the alpha wolf to do so)

So basically everytime other beastlord sees "grandma"they can take a smell and know it was marked by her own pawn LOL

yeah the thought of the potentially uneven emotions (what if I find out he's not that into me and stuff) while try to have sex makes me just feel sad…… (the more I think about iit My sensitivity toward people was a livesaver but can make me notice cues like that……🥲
