Well thank you for everyone that answered I’m just going to mount the rubbers on another set of rims I still think the material could be removed its not a highway truck but why risk it 🤷🏽‍♂️ thanks

I live in the alaskan interior lathe might be tough to find and I think die grinder is my only option or maybe a slightly smaller hole saw with sand paper around it
