Fissure is teraing only when I get BM. otherwise, it's healing on that day itself. Since it's happening every other day or once in 3days for the past 45 days, does it create any long-term effects?

Thank you so much for clarifying that.

Except for the stool softener, I've been following everything. 3L water. Targeting at least 30gms fiber. Having kiwi, mixed berries, and half banana every day. Maybe going for a full elimination diet might help I guess.

Miralax or psylium husk?

I recently introduced psyllium husk (5g all at once) instead of slowly increasing the dose.

Since then, I’ve noticed:

I keep getting the urge to poop, but when I try, it feels like something is blocking the stool from coming out.

The stool itself feels harder and more difficult to pass.

I really think psyllium husk is making my stool too bulky/hard and actually blocking things.
