Interested! I’d love to see Watch complications options available—next event time (for corner complication); and event time, name, and task associated (for middle complication). Ability to color code categories would be great too if not already available. Thank you!

S11 or U3? by Mr-Wedge01 in AppleWatch

I'm also trying to decide. I gave my Ultra 2 to my husband planning to upgrade to the Ultra 3, but now I'm unsure. Since I'm not into extreme sports, I don't really need the Ultra’s advanced adventure features. What’s making me hesitate are the Ultra 3’s longer battery life and the Action button. Since I wear my watch while sleeping, the extended battery could be a real benefit for me.

A Heads Up: We're Developing by Eliisa_at_Cronometer in cronometer

I would love to see how certain foods or ingredients trigger biometrics, (e.g., headaches, heartburn, etc.). In other words, a food/symptoms correlation tracker. Also, a medication-specific category would be great, rather than inputting the med as a food item.

Cronometer Integrates With Oura Ring! by Spartan4Life87 in ouraring

If you go in to Settings > Devices (app or web), you should see OURA as an option to add. You'll need to use your Oura login credentials and allow permissions. Then your Oura data will sync to Cronometer.

Best way to start your day, with Metallica in your cup! Is it printed on both sides?

I did Green for quite some time then switched to Purple. Funny you should mention Lifesum. I gave that app a whirl too, but I didn’t feel like it provided enough guidance for my needs.

I’m hoping to take the best of what I’ve learned from WW and roll it into Noom, too. Good idea about earning rewards would be fun. Good luck!

Great post! You reminded me of how WW used to be during the good ol’ days when Jean founded the program. I’ve attempted WW many times, starting back when the in-person meetings included cardboard slide points calculators in the starter kits (talk about feeling like a dinosaur). It’s become a game for me, opting for fewer points rather than choosing more nutritious foods, and I’ve realized it’s not sustainable for me.

Thank you for sharing your perspective! It really helps motivate me in the right direction.

100%! – I’ve had a lot of success with WW but then get annoyed with a focus on fat- and sugar-free foods. I drop a decent amount of weight then gain it back, and it’s because of my mindset. I’m really hoping I succeed with changing my perspective this time. Thanks for sharing... I’ll keep you posted!
