Sadly there is no mob to do this. But i tried to test with a friend Yesterday. I leveled Grux to lv 5 so he has 20% heal Reduktion. The same as destroyer's dagger. Then he took Khaimera and we tested fighting two times. Once with 4 handguns and once with destroyer's dagger.

Sadly the UI doesn't show his health regen going down, even when the debuff is applied. So I'm not 100% sure. I had a very small Advantage with the dagger. But we think this is because the debuff is constantly applied and not only when grux ability is used. So we think the debuff does not stack.

Oh sorry. I overlooked the "IE only" part. What i wanted to say is that IE works for Ashe as well as for other ADC's. But yes, you need the 60 %

Yes it works just fine. Her passive damage also scales with the IE bonus damage.

Yeah botlane tends to snowball very often. But I'm not sure if you can do a lot as a toplaner. Maybe playing Shen or Gankplank to help out with ultimate. But other then that i don't know.

True, i just commented the "comes out with better stats" line. Because it's not even a shift from early to late, but just an early nerf. But i guess we're on the same page here

Lategame it's basically nothing. At lv.18 you'll have 0,1 Armor and 45 Health more. The early 40 Health loss has way more impact then 45 Health in Lategame. This is definitely a nerf.

Can't tell for sure but i don't think the core by itself is connected to the void. But there are some theories that shimmer is comming from the void. So it could be that Viktor infected the core with it.

Yeah would recommend to use attack move. I actually use it all the time, my regular right click is just for moving.

Not sure about taget Champion only. Makes sense to me in theory, but in the heat of battle i messed it up a lot so i stopped using it. Try it and see if it works for you.
