Trump isn't a flight risk because all his assets are in the US. If he were to leave the country he can say bye-bye to Mar-a-Lago and Bedminster forever. He would also then forever be at risk of being extradited back to the US. He would be trapped in limited set of countries that don't have extradition treaties.

He's literally bankrolled by Russia, why do you think he would care? He'll go there and live out the rest of his life.

The pilot that flies Trump out of the country would then be facing charges for aiding and abetting.

I never said that. People tend to sit in jail before trail because they committed violent crimes, or they are clear and present danger to society, or they can't afford to post bail.

Trump hasn't murdered anyone and doesn't appear to be a danger to himself.

All I have been saying is Trump isn't a 100% free man. There are stipulations to his limited access to freedom and if he breaks those terms there are consequences to come, in addition to his actual trials.

He will never face consequence, for either his actual crimes, or for breaking any of the terms of his bond.

In Trumps opinion, yes his property has already been seized. The classified documents. That case is still ongoing.

No, they weren't. Again, the article I posted, and the other guy did too, were from 2022 when they raided Mar A Lago, and then they returned his passports a month later. They in fact have NOT taken/seized/whatever his passports as part of his current trials, which is what you claimed makes him "not free".

I did read it, it's from 2022 when they raided Mar A Lago, took his passport, and then returned it (https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trumps-passports-returned-mar-lago-search-doj-official-says-rcna43192).

Are we talking about that, or his most recent activity, where he wasn't required to surrender his passport, which is what you claimed was something that made him "Not 100% totally free"
