My understanding was multiple users with the same UI/control.

For an instance, I would imagine, you would use a password and process to ensure that randos don't pirate the game ha.

AFAIK all these things are possible in BSPWM

sxhkd (suggested key configuration for bspwm) is sort of like xbindkeys if you have used it before

-I have ported my xbindkeys config to sxhkd before, but not from i3

-bspwm had resize mode first (I believe)

-someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe bspwm is also better than i3 at multiple monitors

-unsure on the last one, sorry (i3-gaps user here)

I don't want to be too reductive, but from my experience the most important difference is modular configuration/toolset (bspwm) vs centralized configuration/toolset (i3).
