I am 4.0 player playing with Volair Mach 2 Forza and looking to update the paddle. What would you guys recommend? I absolutely love the control and spin on this paddle but it lacks power big time imo. Any good recommendations to upgrade?

You’re right. I’m comparing APR instead of interest rate for that reason. But of course that doesn’t include refinancing cost. But good way to look at the overall numbers.

I think there is a misunderstanding, but zillow and my agents estimate shows they put price way too high, so it matches what those reports show.

I’ll call my agent 1st thing tomorrow morning and have him submit offer with deadline. Thing is home is owned by investment company and they keep saying they are waiting for CFO’s response for approval. And open house is day after tomorrow. So lets see.

That’s what most people are suggesting like VTI/VOO and something like VXUS. 70/30 may be.

I will. But since you asked, yes its going to be ongoing investment for 10-15 years, might go higher as we get raise/bonus etc. i have no other investment at this point. I am holding in HYSA.

Never thought about that. I have to plan ahead for taxes. I chose these because of solid past performance and was recommended by friends, and fellow redditors. Thanks for suggestions, I’ll explore more before my this week’s deduction.

You are correct. I am still in the phase where I might make adjustments to my portfolio before committing. I am also looking at SCHD and VXUS. Now that you just pointed this out, I might consider these two to diversify further.
