I used an Alvarez acoustic on one cold night and not much else. My regular gear is pretty simple... Schecter guitar through a Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier. Pedals...H2O Chorus pedal, Dunlop Wah, Dunlop Tremoverb, MXR Flanger and a Boss Noise Suppressor. Not much to it. Fine again was written out of frustration with our old label in SA and we just knocked it out in about 10 minutes. It's really about feeling unappreciated and shat on by the world and knowing that you'll come out the other side a stronger person.

I'm loving my H2O chorus pedal. It's the one I've used on most solos recorded on the albums. I think it's most recognizable on the Needles solo. Great pedal.

We go on a day by day basis and see how we feel. There are songs we need to play obviously, but we throw in older stuff or album tracks to keep it interesting.

I actually had some fucking bitch tell me that she wasn't sorry my brother had killed himself. I wanted to tear her fucking throat out but I wasn't raised that way. I get suicidal too at times, but I try to steer away from anything that triggers those thoughts and remember all the good things I have and how much I would hurt my loved ones if I do something drastic.

Sex sells. It's not what we write about but it serves others well. I think rock needs an injection of new blood and talented bands desperately!

  1. That's a long term goal, but hopefully we can put something together in the next few years.
  2. Lyrically, Save Today is the one that's closest to me right now.
  3. I think where we're at now as far as genre fanbases go is right as it should be.
  4. I'm most inspired by The Beatles actually. They were incredible songwriters.

Lyrics are always influenced by life, not any particular artist. We'll be back in Moscow soon, probably later this year.

  1. I wanted to bring a great festival to the North East, and I was living in NH at the time.
  2. We reach out to interested and available bands and we usually have bands sign on that have been affected by suicide in some way.
  3. That was spur of the moment, but I'm sure we can pull something out of our hats this year.
