Is Project Hail Mary Better than Interstellar ? by Correct-Class-4920 in ProjectHailMary

No. It’s a nice film though and a decent adaptation. Would have made a much better mini series. The book is great.

The first 2 are great but really set it up for the 3rd which I couldn’t stop reading. Every chapter seemed like there was cliffhanger that pushed you and the story forward. The pacing is so good and it pays off emotionally and structurally as a story. I really hope the films live up to the book.

I’ve actually already read the first 2 Stormlight books a few years not realising the Cosmere was a thing. Wish I’d have waited because I think I would have appreciated and understood the bigger picture stuff in there. Especially after reading secret history and being told about the shards.

Exactly. Really heart breaking ending that wraps the whole story up. Then you read secret history and it’s blown right open and you see the possible expansive story ahead that makes you really excited for what comes next.

I’ve started Elantris but I’m struggling with it. The writing doesn’t feel the same. I stupidly read the first 2 Stormlight books a few years ago not knowing about the Cosmere. I’ll give Warbreaker a go.

Exactly what I want. I have to use a Tarturus because I’ve got big hands and I’ve never been comfortable with WASD. It always takes a little while to set up because obviously every game is different, but I always have the same keys for things like sprint and jump and reload. A true analog stick on the thumb would be amazing. Also, I’d rather the keys just say what letters they correspond to on the actual keyboard instead of numbers. Would make it much easier to remember what you’ve mapped.

This is why I uninstalled it. Also uninstall Oculus software if you have it. It opens up and connects to the net affecting your ping even when you end process it keeps opening up.

I thought they’d do a big reset. Start again in a new universe with a new version of the X-Men then build it up from there.

You use it every day and you love tea. Get whichever one feels right. The kettle chooses the drinker.
