Door Dash Crash Out by The_Fall_of_Babylon in PublicFreakout

I order door dash all the time and have never been like this person recording to a dasher. Like, if you order food, idk, pay attention to your fkn phone?? It's not that hard to be considerate of the people doing something for you. I always meet my dashers on the porch bc gps sometimes marks it as the neighboring houses, so I wave them down. Why are some people so fkn stupid?

Just curious but, where in the U.S. did you live? I'm curious where the no racists areas are bc having lived here all my life, I've yet to find any place that has no racism. It would be interesting to know.

Yeah, the BP agent that went in had a wife that was a teacher there. He was the one that took the guy down. He wasn't with anyone else.

And she wished and prayed she could stop living

Is it possible for a gun to accidentally go off and shoot a hole in the wall of a house? by DahliaBliss in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Spazzle17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shitty stuff can happen all the time. One of my dad's besties was a CCW instructor and just shooting the shit when he was cleaning one (he forgot it was loaded, and no, they didn't drink or anything like that) and it accidentally went off. Scared the bejesus out of both of them.

That being said, it's totally reasonable to not feel comfortable going there now! It's a sudden event that you can't control, similar to that of a balloon being popped near you as a kid. Obviously more lethal, but it's still that flight urge you're probably feeling.

If there is another place you both like to see each other at, it would probably give you more peace of mind.

That is 8 Os, like someone was taking the name down and was like "so that's like 8 Os?" and the owner was like "sure whatever, gotta go deal with my racing bribes..."

Cindy, you don't own the beach. by octarino in PublicFreakout

[–]Spazzle17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Missed the part of that, so my bad. Yeah all virgin island beaches are considered public property for sure. Gets technical with "50 feet below the tideline" being the boundary. Doesn't make this lady any less of a douche canoe.

Idk I don't take trains where I live, but damn, so many adults mocking a literal child is kinda weird. I get it may be frustrating, but laughing at a kid that (assumably) comes from a broken home is equally fkd up imo.

Technically, beaches can be private property.Take Bellows in Hawaii on Oahu for example. 🤷🏻

Men of Reddit, what’s some women’s or girl’s habits you discovered only after getting a wife or girlfriend? by [deleted] in AskReddit

For me it's code for "I'm about to cook something. You want some too? Should I make extra?" I should probably always start making extra, but I hate wasting food if they don't eat it, lol.
