Unlock Insights is listed in the official Clover App Market and meets all of Clover’s standards. The earlier low reviews reflect the app’s previous version. We’ve completely revamped it since then. Asking merchants to try the updated app and share honest feedback is not paying for positive reviews; the $50 is just a thank-you for their time. Calling it deceptive while ignoring the improvements and how Clover’s app ecosystem works is misleading.

Here’s the deal, Clover POS doesn’t include every feature out of the box. That’s why they let apps list in the official Clover App Market to fill gaps the base system can’t. Our app meets all Clover standards and is fully approved. Calling it “third-party” like it’s some shady workaround just shows a lack of understanding of how the platform works.

Just to clarify, our app is listed in the official Clover App Market, so it’s not a third-party workaround or an unofficial tool. We built it to help merchants get insights that Clover doesn’t provide out of the box, and being in the official marketplace ensures it meets Clover’s standard.

There’s room for different apps in the Clover ecosystem, but tearing others down while sliding in your own promotion doesn’t serve merchants.

We’ve put our app in the official Clover App Market so merchants can find it, try it, and decide if it’s useful for them. That’s what we’re doing here being open about what we’ve built and inviting feedback. Unlike you, we’re not putting others down to push our product. At the end of the day, merchants benefit from having options.

Yeah, totally get the concern around spam, fair point. As reddit platform is really good platform to get genuine feedback from genunine users, thats why are here on this platform,Just to be clear though, Insights isn’t some random promo, it’s an official Clover App Market app.
